Acacia Designs BV (”Acacia”) websites, texts, databases, and downloads of any kind (summarized as "content") are protected by copyright. The websites or parts thereof must not be duplicated, changed, downloaded or used on any other websites, unless Acacia tells the user to proceed otherwise or consents to duplication or use in writing or by email. Acacia reserves all rights, in particular copyright, competition and proprietary right claims arising from the illicit use of the Acacia websites or parts thereof together with the registered trademarks.

All legal transactions resulting from and in the context of using the Acacia websites are subject to Dutch law, precluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Personal data disclosed in using the Acacia websites are collected, processed and used in compliance with the European data protection regulations and protecting your protectable concerns. We only use your data for advertising purposes if you have given your explicit corresponding consent. Cookies are not used on the Acacia websites.
