Headed up until mid-2014 a NASDAQ First North (OMX)-listed Medical Device company. Raised over $25 million in growth capital and completed a number of successful exits. Six years in Private Equity/Venture Capital. Extensive experience in globally commercializing life science projects inclusive of R&D, production and international sales. Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Engineering, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.

Professor of Anesthesiology, Mayo Clinic; 30 years’ medical experience, Yale and Brandeis Universities; Examiner, American Board of Anesthesiology; former FDA Consultant; Section Editor, Anesthesia & Analgesia; Highly published, with over 40 federally and industry funded research projects (over $2.2M awarded). Dr. Brull has authored over 400 publications – original research papers, editorials, review articles, book chapters, abstracts and video/audio educational projects. He is a recognized expert speaker, having delivered 60 national and international University Visiting Professorships, 150+ departmental lectures, and almost 200 national and international invited lectures. He has a 27-year history as a leading physician, lecturer, author, editor, and proponent of patient safety advancements in anesthesiology. Collaborator on design and implementation of TOF-Watch NMT monitor. Dr. Brull is considered to among the world’s leaders in the development and implementation of anesthesia monitoring systems, patient safety and neuromuscular physiology and pharmacology.

Terry Cross, MBA

Extensive industrial, financial and entrepreneurial experience. Founder and CEO of numerous successful businesses in a range of sectors. Terry currently serves as a Director of Monarch Antenna, a Delphi Corp. spinout, IROA Technologies, LLC of Ann Arbor, MI, ArdentCause L3C., NextCAT of Detroit, MI, and Lead Director of AutoHarvest.org [501c- 3], among others. Since 2002, Terry has mentored over 50 company founders in Southeast Michigan and has been instrumental in helping entrepreneurs raise in excess of $100 million of capital funding.
